UP FOR GRABS

Houston and Tennessee both finished last season at 9-7 but the Texans won the division, with Indianapolis one game behind at 8-8. If the Jaguars can pull it together, this could become one of the most competitive divisions in the NFL.

SEASON PREVIEW
TENNESSEE TITANS

Things are certainly looking up in Tennessee, where the Titans are making all the right moves to become a perennial playoff contender. The offense has plenty of play makers and a nasty offensive line but  the defense needs more play makers who can impact the outcomes of games.

HOUSTON TEXANS

In Houston, the feeling is that the Texans are just one good Quarterback away from making a legitimate Super Bowl run. They have established play makers in Wide Receiver DeAndre Hopkins and Running Back Lamar Miller to go along with a Top 10 defense. With the return of All-Pro Defensive Lineman J.J. Watt and the core group of players returning, Houston is looking to solidify the Quarterback position with hopes of advancing to the AFC Championship game.

INDIANAPOLIS COLTS

With franchise Quarterback Andrew Luck at the helm, Indianapolis is always in the AFC South title hunt. His go to guy is the electrifying Wide Receiver T.Y. Hilton, who led the NFL in receiving yards last season, while veteran Frank Gore leads the ground game. But the defense has been mediocre at best and could use some major upgrades on all levels. Indianapolis should also look to bolster their offensive line if they plan on keeping pace with other emerging teams in their division.

JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS

At this time last year, the Jaguars were a team that appeared to be on the rise. They had found their franchise Quarterback in 3rd year player Blake Bortles while making a big splash in free agency and the Draft to address a shaky defense. Nevertheless, Jacksonville finished the season at 3-13 and question marks surround the organization coming into this season.
