Travis Kelce, KC (PPG): Kelce officially took over as the best tight end in fantasy football with an outstanding 2018 campaign. His 100 catch, 1,300 yard, 10 TD milestone was an NFL record.

 

Zach Ertz, PHI (PPG): After a record setting season in 2018, Ertz became the PPR King boasting a fluffy 116 receptions, which ranked second overall in the NFL.

 

George Kittle, SF (PPG): Kittle is yet another player who made history in 2018, setting a new single season record with 1,377 yards receiving yards, the most ever by a Tight End.

 

Eric Ebron, IND (PPG): After struggling in Detroit, Ebron flourished in Indianapolis and put his first real stamp on a fantasy football season. Aside from 60 catches and 750 yards, his 13 receiving TDs led all Tight Ends and ranked second in the NFL overall.

 

Jared Cook, OAK (PPG): Cook is another Tight End who used 2018 as a platform to make his mark. He fell 104 yards shy of 1,000 receiving yards on just 68 catches and also chipped in 6 TDs.

 

Rob Gronkowski, NE (PPG): 2018 was also a year that marked the end of an era. Rob Gronkowski reigned supreme over the Tight End position for years but father time finally caught up. His 47 catches and 3 TDs were a far cry from his productive glory days.

 

Austin Hooper:, ATL (PPG) His 71 catches gave him enough PPR value to to crack the top 10. Otherwise his 600 yards and 4 TDs didn't carry much weight in standard league formats.

 

Kyle Rudolph, MIN (PPG): After a career year in 2017, it was a bit surprising to see Rudolph's numbers down last season. It should be noted that he had a new Quarterback, which could have played into the dip in production.

 

Trey Burton, CHI (PPG): It was Burton's first year in Chicago, with a young Quarterback and new system, so his numbers can be respected for what they are and there's alot to like about 6 TD receptions.

 

David Njoku, CLE (PPG): Njoku made a very promising leap forward in just his second year with over 50 catches and close to 700 receiving yards. Strong numbers for a player who is still somewhat raw.

 

Jimmy Graham, GB (PPG): With all things considered, Graham was about as productive as he could be in terms of catches and yardage but his 2 TDs receptions were a major turn off and disappointment.

 

Vance McDonald, PIT (PPG): There weren't any real expectations on McDonald coming into 2018, so the fact that he's close to ranking in the Top 10 proves that he had some decent value when given the right circumstance.

 

Evan Engram, NYG (PPG): With the exception of two games, Engram was irrelevant during the first 13 weeks of the season with low production and 5 games missed due to injury. However, he came up big for owners during the Fantasy Playoffs racking 22 catches and four straight games of 75+ receiving yards.

 

O.J. Howard, TB (PPG): Howard was one the most productive and consistent fantasy Tight Ends last season registering 50+ receiving yards in every game with the exception of two. Unfortunately he still was a disappointment, missing the final six games of the year due to injury.

 

Jordan Reed, WAS (PPG): After another year of Preseason hype and lofty Pre Draft expectations, Reed missed the mark yet again with only two touchdowns on the season, officially losing the trust of fantasy owners in the process.

 

Chris Herndon, NYJ (PPG): Herndon is another player who came into last season without any expectations but the rookie showed promise with a nice four game run in the middle of the season and 50+ receiving yards in 3 of the final 6 games.
