BATTLE FOR SUPREMACY
Each team in the division went through some highs and lows last year and despite the Texans and Colts making the postseason, every team in the division wishes they could have had a different type of ending to their 2018 season.
The Titans come into this season in a similar situation they faced last year. They know the defense is good and can hold it's own but what about the offense, especially when the running game isn't working or they need to make plays in the passing game.
Prior to franchise Quarterback Andrew Luck's surprise retirement, the Colts were one of the favorites to contend for the AFC but now that he's gone, the other Colts starters have to play their best football to help backup Quarterback Jocoby Brissett be at his best.
There's no proof or evidence that Houston got better from a year ago after losing key and high impact players like Tyrann Mathieu, Jaydveon Clowney and Lamar Miller. So it's going to take elavated play from their current stars and role players if they plan on making it further than they did last season.
