NFC WEST
SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS
In 2019 San Francisco took the league by storm behind a ferocious defense and lethal running game that led them to the Super Bowl, where they came up a few plays short of winning it all. With a new bar of expectation set, let's see if the 49ers can conquer the NFC again but this time with a target on their backs.
SEATTLE SEAHAWKS
Even though last season was a transition year, Seattle had the foundational pieces in place to help guide them into the Playoffs and get a win. This year Head Coach Pete Carroll, along with franchise staples Russell Wilson and Bobby Wagner are back and will lead an even more dangerous team now that it has some post season experience.
LOS ANGELES RAMS
The Rams were the latest team to fall victim to the Super Bowl hang over last season. Los Angeles got off to a strong start in 2019 but could never regain the explosive form they enjoyed consistently over the previous two seasons, missing the Playoffs for the first time in the Sean McVay era, making L.A. a true wild card coming into this year.

As expected their were some ups and downs but the Cardinals finished the season strong and seem poised to get better after landing some blue chip players in the off-season who will pay immediate dividends.
