13. MARSHAWN LYNCH, OAK
The Raiders have one of the best offensive lines in the NFL and if Lynch is anywhere close to being the "BEAST MODE" player we seen prior to his injuries, this could be a huge year for him. The Raiders passing game is pretty explosive and should afford Lynch with more than enough opportunities to get in the end zone.
Blount is a powerful down hill runner whose bruising style and good vision allow him to churn out big yardage. The Eagles also have a good offensive line when healthy and Head Coach Doug Pederson likes to run the football. With a 2nd year starting Quarterback still developing, Blount is expected to see alot of work and I expect for him to make the most of it.

15. ROBERT KELLEY, WAS
If Kelley improved as a player in the off season and the cards fall in his favor, I love the upside here. Last year as a rookie, Kelley didn't see any meaningful playing time until last year until the 8th game of the season but finished the season with 704 yards and 6 rushing TDs. The Redskins offense is a good unit and if he gets the full work load, he could really excel.
16. LEONARD FOURNETTE, JAC
Highly skilled performer was a stand out the last 2 seasons at LSU and was selected 4th overall in this years draft by the Jaguars. He is expected to takeover the feature role as the starter in Jacksonville and his ceiling of potential is very high but will only go as far as the Jags offensive line and passing game allow it to. His undividual talent is without question but huge question marks surround the offensive line and Quarterback.
17. TODD GURLEY, LAR
Gurley should be motivated to bounce back after a terrible sophmore slump. He's a very talented player who will see a heavy work load and that formula should lead to success. On the flip side, the Rams offense is still very suspect and if their passing game continues to struggle, Gurley could be in danger of another frustrating season.
18. JEREMY HILL, CIN
When evaluating Cincinnati Running Back Jeremy Hill, his numbers really jump off the page and say alot about what his fantasy value truely is. Through his first 3 years, he's only averaging 14 carries per game for 58 yards but his 29 rushing TDs are his saving grace. His workload could increase so there is still some upside but he must improve on his poor 3.5 ypc average in order to stack some real numbers.
