I'm not going to waste anytime and get right to the point. Jameis Winston is entering his 5th year and he's only had one year worth noting for fantasy football and that was back in 2016 when he threw for a career high 4,090 yards and 28 TDs. Aside from that he's been very mediocre averaging 20 TD passes and 15 INTs, known more for erratic, inconsistent play more than anything. So despite a new Head Coach who is tagged as "Mr. Fix it All" for Quarterbacks and a strong supporting cast of passing targets, I'm not buying into Winston as a big time fantasy Quarterback until I actually see it happen.
