Davanta Adams of the Green Bay Packers sits atop my next tier of Wide Receiver rankings. I like the potential upside after a strong 2016. In Seattle Doug Baldwin has seen his stock rise immensely over the last 2 seasons, while Golden Tate has solidified his spot as trusted performer. Amari Cooper of the Oakland Raiders and Terelle Pryor of the Washington Redskins are a few other high profile names who made the cut and are expected to have big years.

75 catches for 997 yards is really good but 12 TD receptions is really damn good. I like the upside here!

15. Amari Cooper, OAK (+1)
The best of Amari Cooper is yet to come and that's scary!
17. Keenan Allen, SD (+1)
Big time talent but has struggled badly with season ending injuries.
19. DeAndre Hopkins, HOU (+1)*
He's got the individual talent but may not get a high volume of quality targets.
12. Golden Tate, DET (+1)
Has averaged right around 95 catches for 1,100 yards during his last 3 years in Detroit.
14. Terelle Pryor, WAS (+1)
This kid is in the perfect situation to thrive and show case his talent.
16. Jarvis Landry, MIA (+1)
His numbers are off the charts but he doesn't score enough Touchdowns.
18. Larry Fitzgerald, ARI (+1)
Great value the last 2 seasons with over 200 catches, over 2,200 yards and 15 TD receptions.
20. Alshon Jeffery, CHI (NEW)
With Jordan Matthews gone, Jeffery becomes a target monster in Philly.
